From our experiences, people that go out of their way to take the time and energy to feed wild birds are pretty good people. We have had nothing but positive experiences with our customers and plan to maintain that track record going forward. If you feel something isn't right then it isn't right and we'll do everything possible to make it right. We do emphatically ask if there is an issue please contact us so we can resolve its. It's very difficult to help someone out when the first thing they do is go to the reviews. Contact us and if we don't make you happy then leave all the reviews you want as we would deserve it.
One example, I got a phone call from a customer who had purchased a feeder. He said, he had gotten it and everything was great and he had set the box aside to take for recycling. The next day he decided to just burn the box in his fireplace. As he was taking things out he found a wedding ring at the bottom of the box. I looked down and sure enough my ring was missing. This very nice man sent me the ring back in the mail. That's our customers and that's why we do a deal based upon a hand shake.
